Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for individual sessions with Dr. Asia Taylor.
Scheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected events can interfere with your plans. To accommodate all our clients' needs, we kindly request that you schedule your appointments carefully.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedules and offer the appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. A 50% refund of advance payment will be issued as applicable.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us, they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. No refund of advance payment will be issued.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will be at the practitioner's discretion to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Payment
Payment for most services is expected at the time of booking the appointment. Cancellation charges which were not handled through refund, if applicable, will be automatically billed to your credit card on file, or invoiced to you directly, and must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Emergencies / Sickness
In the event of a serious illness, emergency or bad weather, we understand that you may not be able to provide 24 hours notice. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
