Can I cancel any time?

Are the offerings self-paced?
Most of the sacred studies are self-paced, with live Q&A, integration sessions, and community events to support you
along the way. There are some immersions which are time structured, and live studies are available throughout the year (these are recorded and placed in the library).
What if I want 1:1 support?

How much time do I need per week?
You only need the time you’re genuinely willing and able to give. The Academy is designed to meet you where you are, not overwhelm you or demand a rigid schedule. Each module includes a virtual Weekly Integration Session that lasts about an hour, and the flow of that session depends on who’s attending and the questions being explored. Beyond that, everything else is self‑paced. Some students spend 20–30 minutes a week; others dive deeper. Your rhythm is the right rhythm.
Do I need any prior experience?
No experience is required. This pathway was intentionally built for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and the quietly curious alike. Every concept, practice, and teaching is introduced in a way that supports your growth from exactly where you are.
